7% avgiftsreglering från och med 1 januari 2023

Det kommer att ske en avgiftsreglering av månadsavgifterna för dig med bostadsrättslägenhet på 7% från och med 1 januari 2023. Detta för att följa med inflationen samt de ökade kostnadsläget som påverkar b la kostnaderna för el, räntor och underhållsprojekt med mera.

Nytt pris på parkeringsplatser och MC-förråd
BRF Axet har inte justerat priserna på parkeringsplatser och MC-förråd på flera år, därför kommer nu även en justering av priserna på dessa. Från och med 1 januari 2023 kommer priserna på parkeringsplatser och MC-förråd vara:

• Parkeringsplats för boende: 300 kr
• MC-förråd delat: 175 kr
• MC-förråd eget: 475 kr

New price for parking spaces and motorcycle storage BRF Axet has not adjusted the prices of parking spaces and motorcycle storage for several years, therefore there will now also be an adjustment of the prices for these. From January 1, 2023, the prices will be:

• MC storage shared: 175 sek
• Own motorbike storage: 475 sek
