Vem är ansvarig för att trivselreglerna följs?
Vi påminner återigen om denna fråga - alla vi som bor i BRF Axet har ett gemensamt ansvar för att våra gemensamma trivselregler följs.

Vi har först och främst ett ansvar för oss själva och att vårt eget hushåll följer dessa regler, att man visar respekt för sina grannar, vår gemensamma fastighet och utemiljö. Att man sänker ljudnivån efter kl 22.00, inte lämnar sopor i trapphuset, att man renoverar inom loppet av renoveringstiderna, sätter upp en lapp om man ska ha festligheter osv.

Om det skulle vara så att man blir störd eller upplever att någon granne överskrider dessa trivselregler, då har man ett ansvar själv som boende i BRF Axet att prata med vederbörande först. Be dem sänka ljudnivån, prata med grannen om renoveringstider, uppmärksamma dem om trivselreglerna och varför det inte är okej att göra som de gör.

Skulle detta ske vid upprepande tillfällen och att ni inte når fram till grannen eller att det inte får effekt, då kan ni informera styrelsen. Men först har du ett eget ansvar att ha en dialog med dina grannar om trivselreglerna i BRF Axet.

Who is responsible for the rules of BRF Axet are being followed?
The board was asked that question a few weeks ago and the answer is simply that all of us who live in BRF Axet have a common responsibility for our common well-being rules are followed.

First, we have a responsibility to ourselves and that our own household follows these rules, that you show respect for your neighbors, our common property and outdoor environment. That you lower the noise level after 10 p.m., don't leave garbage in the stairwell, that renovations are carried out within the renovation periods, puts up a note if you are going to have party etc.

If it should be the case that you are disturbed or feel that a neighbor exceed these well-being rules, then you have a responsibility yourself as a resident of BRF Axet to talk to the person concerned first. Ask them to lower the volume, talk to the neighbor about renovation times, alert them to the well-being rules and why it's not okay to do what they do.

Should this happen repeatedly and you do not reach the neighbor or that it does not have an effect, then you can inform the board. But first you have one own responsibility to have a dialogue with your neighbors about the rules in BRF Axet.
